Brand: Rickmen Pharmaceuticals
Available Variations

Peflotab is a synthetic, broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic containing pefloxacin (as pefloxacin mesylate). It exerts a bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, critical enzymes necessary for bacterial DNA replication, repair, and transcription. Peflotab exhibits excellent tissue penetration, high plasma concentrations, and a prolonged elimination half-life, making it effective against a broad array of Gram-negative and Gram-positive aerobic pathogens.
